Personal Training.$100 New client intro package. Two 1 hour personal training sessions, Two 1/2 hour consultations (before or after training). 1st session for assessment of baseline ability, and personal goals. 2nd session for basic programming, and advice based on goals.
$40 Per 1 hour personal training session, no commitment necessary.
$20 per-person, semi-private group personal training. Group size 2 people minimum and 3 maximum.
Nutrition Coaching (NO meal plans).$30 Per 1 hour $20 Per 1/2 hour

$400 Package A, 8 training sessions, plus ongoing programming every 2 sessions.
$400 Package B, 4 Sessions, plus ongoing programming & feedback on our/your recorded training sessions (4 hours total).
